Job Description

Nikko sushi, located on 56street Delta, is looking for our cook

 -wage :$12/hr (minimum 37.5hours/week)

- Job duties 

 

Ø  Prepare  food materials and ingredients for cooking

Ø  Trim raw fish and other materials

Ø  Prepare Japanese menu on the menu book like sushi rolls, tempura, etc

Ø   Cook complete meals and/or individual dishes

Ø  Supervise kitchen some or all operations

Ø  Check and Keep track of all food inventory, and place orders with suppliers

Ø  Participate in developing and planning menu

Ø  Clean and properly store kitchen utensils for sanitation

Ø  Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Completion of High School

Minimum 1year of experience in the field of cooking is required

Basic English is fine and Korean is an asset
