As the Division Regional Head - Heating and Ventilation Products (HVP), you will define and deploy divisional HVP strategy, business goals and budget targets. Main focus of this position is managing growth and building up a Value Added Partner network in Canada. As the Division Regional Head, you will cooperate with Marketing Department to support sales activities for market penetration and growth, negotiates transfer prices and service level agreements with factory in USA and define and optimize the product portfolio for the HVP sales team in Canada. Ownership of competitive pricing strategy for HVP products in Canada is an additional business strategy you will be responsible for.
Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate, you have the entrepreneurial responsibility for all business activities of the division (full profit and loss) in a region on the basis of the business target agreement which is agreed with the Group Division Head and the Region Head. Additional responsibilities include designing and realizing strategic and business goals of the division together with the Division Region Head Business Administration, leading and representing the division to achieve best results in profit, growth and innovation by effective performance of financial and technical resources, market penetration (product and solution and service portfolio) and excellent leadership and people development.
Qualifications:
Ø 8+ to 10 years of experience
Ø Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
Ø Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
Optimum Skillsets and Competencies
The incumbent will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:
Ø An individual working within the Building Technologies environment for several years (8-10) years,
Ø Knowledge on local vertical markets in Building Technologies business and specifically Heating and Ventilation (HVP) business.
Ø Strong sales management experience coupled with both strong leadership capabilities (empowerment-training-motivation-communication) and strategic business planning and market development experience.
Ø Knowledge about mechanisms of the Building Technologies market, specifically the Heating and Ventilation Product business is required.
Ø Excellent communication skills as well as experience with managing and developing people will also be required.
