Located out of their Brampton office, the Central Region Service Centre Manager will have the P&L responsibility for their Service Centre Region, including the overall growth and financials for all field services and area projects.
Responsibilities:
They will lead a multi-disciplined, matrix organization focused on profitable growth, through development of service solutions for our customers and improvements through operational efficiencies. The Manager will develop regional business strategy based on market dynamics and company strategy together with Marketing and Portfolio Management. The incumbent will develop regional budgets, manage a professional Service Sales team and related sales processes and opportunity management, along with being responsible for the optimization and effective management of technical resources. The Manager will drive EH&S as a top priority within organization and operate their business supported by an ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management system framework.
The Service Centre Manager also has responsibility for development and retention of talent within the assigned Region (technical and supervisory) to support the strategy and develop depth in the organization. Our skilled Field teams are trained to provide services for start-up and commissioning, maintenance, repair and upgrades for electrical infrastructure systems, engineering services, drives and automation.
Qualifications:
You must have a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
Optimum Skillsets and Competencies
The incumbent will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:
Ø 8-10 years of related practical experience,
Ø Candidates will have had 8-10 years of related management experience.
Ø Relevant regional service industry market (Mining, P&P, Metals, Automotive etc) experience would be beneficial.
