Role: (Full time)
We are seeking a dynamic individual for our clients new Kitchen and Bath Showcase in Etobicoke.
Responsibilities:
You are able to produce "Top Line" and "bottom Line" results by delivering a thoroughly compelling shopping experience for our customers and an equally compelling work experience for our employees. Your 5+ years in a customer driven sales environment with a minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position managing 5-10 people will enable you to achieve performance and operational expectations.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have retail and sales experience as well as experience with a store start-up. Experience with leadership and P&L statements a must.
Optimum Skillsets and Competencies
Growth of showroom revenues through:
Ø attracting new customers and suppliers
Ø working with purchasing to optimize inventory levels and bring in/maintain exclusive product lines
Ø managing operation costs, P&L, budget
Ø professionally lead, coach and develop sales force by creating performance standards, goals and objectives
Ø report and track progress vs forecast and targets
Ø benchmark against competition
Ø recommend product and pricing strategies for growth
Ø 5+ years wholesale experience with at least 2 years in a sales management position
Ø extensive product knowledge, specializing in plumbing
