We are looking for an outgoing receptionist/ customer service person. Duties would include but not limited to Responsibilities: - Answer phones and receiving messages - Filing invoices - Sort incoming mail - Support person - Requirements: - Fluent in English and preferably some French as well - Strong multi tasking skills - Word, Excel and email Skills - Great Communication Skills Answering phones, filing, customer service, support person, customer estimates.
