THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Applicant Profiling/Data Entry Associate (APA) you will be involved in providing a proven applicant screening and referral service that gives employers the time-saving search and applicant screening benefits of using an employment agency or search firm, at the lowest possible cost.
Applicant Profiling/Data Entry Associate responsibilities include:
* Resume screening
* Matching applicants qualifications and requirements to available job opportunities available through the BDM Staffing Solution and BDM's Career Finder Marketing services.
* Follow up with applicants to track interviews and job offers
* Entering applicant information onto Excel spreadsheet for addition to the BDM Staffing Solution Applicant Database
* Maintaining accurate records of your activities and keeping applicable lists and logs up-to-date
As a BDM Applicant Profiling/Data Entry Associate (APA) you will enjoy a role were you will:

QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this opportunity you should have experience with data entry, a home computer with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and at least 2 years of previous work experience working from home or in an administrative or clerical role. In addition you must:
* Have good written and oral English and strong reading comprehension
* Experience using the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications
* Demonstrate a professional and friendly interpersonal manner
* Be highly disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision
Strong preference will be given to candidates who have related experience or training.
