THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Business Profiling/Lead Generation Associate (BPA) you will be profiling businesses to generate leads for BDM Research & Marketing Associates and Business Development Representatives. You will be responsible to:
   • Profile assigned companies via online research and by telephone inquiries to obtain specific information required for business development and employment services activities
   • Enter the information onto a pre-formatted Excel spreadsheet, and
   • Email companies to provide information about solutions offered by BDM and it's partners relevant to their business
   • Maintain accurate records of your activities and keeping applicable lists and logs up-to-date
 
As a BPA you will enjoy a role were you will:
   • Work from the comfort of your own home
   • Set your own hours (estimated minimum of 20 hours per week required to meet quota)
   • Earn up to $20.00 per hour based on the number of businesses you profile/enter

QUALIFICATIONS
 
To qualify for this opportunity you should have experience with online research and email, a home computer with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel), and at least 2 years of previous work experience working from home or in a sales support or marketing role. In addition you must:
   • Have excellent written and oral English and strong reading comprehension
   • Experience using the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications
   • Demonstrate a professional and friendly interpersonal manner
   • Be highly disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision
Strong preference will be given to candidates who have related experience or training.
