Medium size high-tech company offering magazine publishers a range of Web-based services with over 1500 clients across North America. The company provides a good working environment for its employees.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an experienced client service professional you will assume responsibility for a number of major clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a positive relationship with assigned clients and work with internal staff in dealing with each client’s day-to-day requirements. 

The job is located in Toronto with travel to the USA required in order to meet with clients and demonstrate company software. There is no sales component to the Account Supervisor’s responsibilities. 

COMPENSATION

The compensation package for this excellent opportunity includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, group health and dental plans, equity sharing, profit sharing and continuing education program.

QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of account management experience in magazine publishing or a related field.  Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential and experience in training will be very beneficial.
