THE OPPORTUNITY

If you see your future as a client service professional in account management, this position is a great stepping stone with opportunity for advancement - and is no ordinary customer service job.

Your role will be as an on-going contact with assigned clients across North America.  You must be able to deal confidently and effectively with these clients – building positive relationships and ensuring that their needs are met.  In order to do so you will work closely with company staff who are responsible for producing the data that our clients depend on us to provide. You will report to an account supervisor who will be responsible for your training and development.  There is no sales aspect to this position.

COMPENSATION

The compensation package for this excellent opportunity includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, group health and dental plans, equity sharing, profit sharing and continuing education program.

QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must be an energetic, motivated individual, with a university degree or equivalent, plus strong computer skills and excellent spoken and written English.  While some related experience would be beneficial, it is not essential.
