Title: Manufacturing Technologist
Category: Mechanical Engineer
Reports To: Head Engineer
Key Accountabilities/Activities:
•Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components and systems
•CNC programming using MasterCam V9+
•Convert programs from one machine to another
•Update current running programs
•Tooling - Purchasing – Special Tooling – Generate graphs of monthly usage tools
•Prepare FEMA
•Prepare control plans
•Conduct special AMTI engineering projects
Requirements:
•A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
•Strong skills in manufacturing and processing engineering large componenets
•Skills in overlook and design processes for machining large components using newest technologies
•Knowledge in processes for assembling welding robotic processes
•Knowledge of MasterCam v9+, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Windows, Autocad 2000, Adobe Acrobat
