Resolve exceptional customer issues and concerns
Calls on existing and potential clients to identify their current or prospective needs and provides information about the company products/services including, where required, demonstrations and quotations.
Tailors sales presentations to effectively relate company products/services to potential customers' needs.
Maintains required sales and call records and prepares reports as required.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations in a demanding environment.
Participation in outbound marketing activities as required.
Develop and execute new programs and promotions that will drive business towards activation targets.
Monitor competitive positioning and pricing activities. Inform product and sales management of competitor’s activity and make recommendations.
