Qualifications

Personal Support Worker Certificate, Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent formal education from an approved school

 

Physically capable of performing assigned duties within a flexible work schedule inside a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week operation

 

Position Responsibilities You will provide home support services for individuals and families on an ongoing basis or during periods of incapacitation or convalescence. You will perform personal care duties in private residences, or provide supplementary services in an institutional setting. These services can include bathing, other personal care duties, cleaning, transportation, shopping, cooking, laundry, and other light duties or minor home maintenance activities. The aim of your activities will be to promote and maintain the physical, psychological and social well being of clients.

 

(Own transportation would be an asset)
