Located in North East Toronto, Pan Pacific Toronto is a well-known landmark to residents in the prestigious neighborhood it calls home, with a warm and welcoming air throughout the 15 acres of scenic parkland it is nestled in. The hotel is well known for its retreat-like facilities, extensive available parking, and its restaurants.
 
We are currently looking for an experienced spa manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa department in hotel.
 
The duties and responsibilities of this position include:

• Organize and manage spa daily operation tasks including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities/equipment, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain spa product and service programs.
• Lead team to deliver outstanding customer experience in spa services.
• Manage, coach, and train team on selling spa services and products to reach hotel’s financial goals.
• Plan and control budget and expenditures for spa department.
• Ensure inventory levels on all spa products are appropriately maintained and follow hotel’s purchasing standards for restock.
• Ensures spa facilities are well maintained and code compliant with all government regulations.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are effectively enforced.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and resolve problems.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of business, management, or other related fields.
• At least five years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Team player with excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Strong time management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet.
• Must be high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, and effective communicator.

• 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
