This is a new position as Advanceit aims to provide a superior Customer Service experience to our merchant base, making sure all service issues and additional financing needs through Advanceit are provided.

 You will find success based on your ability to:

·         Answer all questions, inquiries, complaints and disputes from our existing client base with the focus on client retention

·         Create, implement and manage post-funding calls to our merchant base to ensure their product knowledge and service enhancements

·         Act as the liaison with the operations, accounting and collections teams to collaborate on solving customer issues

·         Develop clear and attainable objectives with Director of Sales to increase client retention and implement tactical sales and service routines for existing client-base
