The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting our clients with the creation of Enhancement Business Specifications, regulatory requirements, high level Release Notes and consultation to Quality Management Analysts on System Integration Test plans. The incumbent will also be working closely with our internal/external clients on new and ongoing projects.

General Role & Responsibilities:
  • The Business Analyst will be a subject matter expert in regulatory/legal/tax compliance legislation related to the mutual fund industry.
  • Research requirements, prepare SDLC documents and assist in the design of new functionality for the iFAST related products to ensure the products satisfy the legal, regulatory and client requirements. New functionality should be designed with a focus on usability, industry standards and best practice.
    • Lead business design walkthrough with developers and testing analysts.
    • Perform product management testing to ensure product quality is maintained.
    • Contribute to the implementation of new products.
      • Ensure product satisfaction is maintained for both internal and external clients.
      • Assess when iFAST development requires functionality changes for the products.
      • Assist in identifying functional or operational gaps in the self-service products through competitive analysis, monitoring industry trends and prioritizing customer's requests
      • Maintain product documentation including user guides, implementation guides and product information.
