• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Prepare detailed design calculations for various configurations of FRP tanks.
• Assist in preparation of drawings.
• Self motivated and capable of working alone or in a team setting.
• As required, conduct site visits for construction and supervision and project commissioning and issue reports.

 ●      Plan, organize and implement programs and special events

●      Ensure all regulars programs are setup for daily activities

●      Keep up to date on programming trends and innovative ideas for seniors’ programs and special events

●      Organize day-trips and special events (perhaps in partnership with other seniors’ organizations).

●      Develop contracts/agreements with program instructors (paid & volunteers)

●      Report to the Executive Director, communicating on a regular basis regarding Centre information.

●      Provide assistance and support for fundraising initiatives and with writing grant applications

●      Create and provide content for monthly  newsletter concerning programs

●      Plan, organize and implement the volunteer program

●      Develop volunteer job descriptions, evaluations, procedures and polices

●      Match volunteer skills and abilities with our needs

●      Interview, hire and dismiss volunteers; supervise and/or train as necessary

●      Coordinate volunteer for all events and programs

●      Submit regular volunteer posting to “Go Volunteer” and other channels, such as ESL schools, immigrants serving agencies, maintain volunteer web page etc.

●      Perform other duties as assigned
