Senior ERP Consultant
On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is actively seeking a Senior ERP Consultant.
Senior ERP Consultant Job Details
1. Building business cases to support ERP replacement or upgrades.
2. Developing and creating the RFP.
3. Building the evaluation criteria and scoring model for the RFP responses.
4. Documenting Technical Architecture, Gap analysis, Application strategy roadmap, Business Processes, Workflows, Data flows and other related documents.
5. Produce weekly status reports, broken down into daily number of hours worked and by tasks, using the client's time tracking system. The reports must include reporting on work accomplished during the period and work planned for the next period. These will be printed, signed as being correct, and submitted to the client by the Consultant.
6. Communicate assignment status in a timely and clear fashion to the appropriate member of the Senior Management of the IT Department and other client management, staff and other contractors or consultants involved in related IT assignments, as appropriate to the specific assignment.
7. Provide weekly updates on deliverables and impact of proposed changes to timelines.
8. Provide formal documentation, in accordance with the client's PMO methodologies and documentation standards.
9. Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to client staff on system set up, configuration and support requirements.
Senior ERP Consultant Mandatory Skills
1. Significant experience with developing business cases for ERP replacement or upgrades.
2. Sound experience with ERP transformation lifecycle. Experience with enterprise business transformation in People and Culture, Financial, and Procurement business areas highly desirable.
3. Proven ability to review assessment documents and get a thorough understanding of the gaps, requirements, and future vision.
4. Experience with developing cost benefit analysis and business cases for strategic ERP initiatives
5. Proficient in creating definition around the technology vision and the desired future state for the ERP platform.
6. Talented, with 10 plus years of experience in developing data models, technical architectures, and business process transformations.
7. Very competent in aligning business requirements to system capabilities and identifying gaps.
8. Previous experience as a Senior Program Manager or Delivery Manager of major ERP implementations.
9. Proven expertise in managing large enterprise scale teams.
10. Highly experienced in developing RFPs, evaluating, and scoring RFPs.
11. Proven track record of involvement with SaaS, COTS and hybrid models of ERP solutions and integrations
12. Over 15 years of experience with similar consulting engagements
13. Experience with municipal SaaS ERPs, especially with ERP vendors such as Oracle, SAP, Infor etc. would be preferable.

2. Expert in stakeholder management. Able to operate effectively at the required level of an organization.
3. Able to explain complex problems to a range of audiences, identify organizational change management challenges as well as negotiate, influence, and lead to improved business performance, and desired outcomes
4. Consensus builder and motivational leader.
Schedule:
• 70 Hours bi-weekly, the number of hours worked per bi-weekly period cannot exceed this limit without prior written consent from the client
